Dr. Sascha Theißen
Chief Legal Architect / Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder
24 years of experience as CEO, CDO, General Counsel, and lawyer at a major law firm. Dr.-Ing. (Computer Science) from KIT + MBA.
The interface of law, AI and business. Sascha knows the legal world from every angle: as a former CMS lawyer and General Counsel at Holtzbrinck, he steered complex matters on both the firm and in-house side. His defining edge is technology. With an MBA and a PhD in Computer Science from KIT, he bridges the gap between law and tech innovation. After more than 12 years leading digital transformation (including as a strategy consultant, bank CDO, and CEO), Sascha knows what modern organizations need. Today he builds exactly the systems lawyers need for an efficient future.
Linda Wiese
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Graduate business economist with 15+ years of experience in product management.
Linda has more than 15 years of experience in product development, operations, and building digital business models. As a graduate business economist and former Head of Operations at a corporate startup, she owns commercial topics and optimal execution. At MAIQ, she also leads Sales and Customer Success. Her focus: translating real problems from day-to-day firm life into a product that delivers measurable relief and successfully takes root in existing organizations.
Jonas Pinger
Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder
Full-stack developer and AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Specialist in secure, scalable enterprise infrastructure.
Jonas is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect with extensive experience in full-stack development, DevOps, and building secure, scalable platforms. At MAIQ, he owns the technical architecture, the product platform, and the implementation of secure, traceable AI workflows.

Eike owns the development and integration of the AI systems, the selection of suitable models, and the reliable implementation of intelligent product features.

Denys is a full-stack software engineer with six years of experience in React, Next.js, Angular, and Node.js. He connects frontend, backend, and infrastructure into one consistent, high-performance product experience.
